    Description

We are a regenerative demonstrative farm in the mountains of Oaxaca near San José del Pacífico. We believe other ways of living beyond the dominant narratives exist and are already living around us. We strive to learn from everyone and everything. As such, we weave alternatives to "progress" and "development" knitting knowledge from traditional practices and science-based practices.

Currently we "employ" two people, they are the only ones who receive a monthly salary but at least half a dozen others collaborate in the farm in various roles as projects as we operate some of the aspects of the farm under a cooperative model. Both of the "employed" locals have multiple evolving tasks that change every month as do the rest of our collaborators, there are no specific assigned tasks as they evolve with the needs of the season, the farm plan, and the cocreative collaborative process we follow.
