Description
Hey ciao! I hope you are ready because Italian borders reopen! Our hosting takes place in both Rome and Tonnicoda but most of the work needed is in Tonnicoda.
All around Tonnicoda is wild and uncontaminated. Our house is very big with a lot of green and woods all around. There is a lake in 10 mins driving.
We need help to build up a nice and big garden, we also have a project with a herb that only grows in this area, to maintain the house, painting, dog walking, cooking (we are a family and cook very well and you have the chance to learn very good italian recipes:) and even organizing and living our events. We are planning to reopen an ancient path in the forest, linking Tonnicoda and another villages, they face each others. During the last Saturday of July and about the middle of August, there will be a couple of festivals (maybe this year will be cancelled, we don't know yet). You can even be part of the event planning, setting and enjoying processes :) During the summer, especially August, or other periods, there will be all the family, they are very open minded and nice, there are even children and 3 dogs. Tonnicoda does not have (and doesn't need:) wifi connections but we have wifi in Rome.
The plan is to stay in Rome the first or the last days of your arrival and go to Tonnicoda according to your plans to visit Rome, if you have one. In this way, you have the opportunity to visit Rome and enjoy this beautiful city too. The little village is a complete opposite reality compared to big cities. If you drive, you can get here by yourself but if you don't or you prefer a lift, I can pick you up when you arrive from the place where you are and drop you off when you leave.Types of help and learning opportunities
