  Hello all Workawayers
  
  We are a chill resort/co-working space located on Koh Phangan and we are looking for cool, sociable, open-minded and highly motivated people to be a part of our team and help us with a number of projects.
  
  One is to help build out online presence and social media channels, for multiple cool, up and coming businesses in the travel and hospitality industry.
  
  Another is to help us out at the resort with events, activities and guest experience.
  
  Grow your experience by working with entrepreneurs, hospitality and digital Marketing professionals while living in a beautiful beach resort on a paradise island.
  
  You should have skills such as: web design, social media (or other) marketing, graphic design, content creation, photography/videography. OR, hotel experience, event management, hosting or other similar hospitality roles. Any business/start up experience or high ticket sales is also a plus.
  
  Regardless of skill set, you should be laid back, fun, enthusiastic, outgoing, and easy to get along with. There are also other projects as well as longer term positions and opportunities for growth available for people who tick these boxes and work well within our teams.
  
  First month comes with free accommodation and bar tab. Accommodation is usually dorm but private room can be negotiated after a trial period. If you really smash it there could be an extension of the volunteering or even a paid role in it for you after that... Some of the more senior people working on some of our brands started at volunteers at one of our properties and are now highly paid professionals in the travel industry.
  
  Whats it like??
  Our resort is right on the beach, has a beach bar/restaurant, swimming pool, garden gym, co working spaces/offices, pickle ball/takraw court, big garden, around 30 air con private rooms and two dorms. it is in a prime location in Baan Tai, so is easy to access the rest of the island, shops, restaurants, parties, beaches etc... And is now even 420 friendly!! ;)
  
  But the best thing about it is our team. We very much run the resort as a family and have fun doing it. We have around 25 amazing staff from Thailand and Myanmar in the Tiki team plus two western owners and several friends from all over who hang at the resort and make being here fun. The DNA team is made up of young digital nomads from all over with different skills and a love of travel and enjoying life.
  
  So, if you love to meet and exchange cultures with people around the world as well as exploring everything the island has to offer and think you have what it takes to help us grow our businesses and potentially grow with us then get in touch.

  Help

  All sorts depending on your skills and experience. If you have graphic design/web building experience digital marketing, video shooting/editing or are social media savy then you could be helping with online marketing for a couple of businesses.
  
  If your experience lies 100% in guest entertainment/tourism/hospitality then you will be helping to keep guests happy, organise events and activities etc...
  
  If you have other creative skills like photography, art, then you could be taking/painting some pictures around our property.
  
  Or a mix of the above :)

  We are a resort with both private room and mixed dormitories with air-conditioning.
  
  We provide a bed in dormitory room for the accommodations for our volunteers
  
  With outdoor pool, outdoor gym, free accommodation, free team food, 30% off on the bar and restaurant and a chance to go exploring around the island with our guests.

  We are located right on the beach with a kite surfing school next door a great opportunity to learn and progress in a new and exciting hobby.
  
  Visit the shops and variety of local markets throughout the week
  
  You can rent a scooter to explore the island in your down time discovering the many beaches all around the island some more secluded than others. Beaches aren't your things then check out some of the waterfalls.
  
  Koh phangan has soo much to offer from natural beauty to parties to sports like muay thai, wake boarding, yoga and 100's of other fun and cool things to do. As well as 1000's of wierd and wonderful people from all over the world.
