Welcome to a personal development and crafts project.
We are a team of five people in Tarifa, artisans who share a common purpose: to build something different.
If you are willing to question yourself and build a new perspective on life from scratch, we invite you to join us.
We are looking for people who have overcome distractions and are at that point where all they want is to build something new.
We combine creativity, practical learning, and collaboration between human beings. We work on ourselves and maintain authentic connections to sustain a project that allows more people to join.
The project is self-sustaining through craftsmanship.
We have three types of work exchanges:
Craftsmanship: support in the production of micromacramé.
Digital communication: support in the creation of content for Instagram and other platforms (reels, photos, texts) and in the management of the online strategy.
Cooking: assistance and preparation of daily vegetarian/vegan meals.
We offer:
Lodging and food.
Practical instruction in macramé techniques.
An active, convivial environment.
Access to personal development courses.
Requirements:
Minimum stay of 2 weeks.
Intermediate level of Spanish (minimum basic comprehension).
Committed attitude.
Here you will find an opportunity to challenge your own beliefs, to gain greater clarity about human relationships and life itself.

Bienvenidos a un proyecto de desarrollo personal y artesanía.
Somos un equipo de cinco personas en Tarifa, artesanos que compartimos un propósito en común: construir algo diferente.
Si estás dispuesto a cuestionarte y construir desde cero una nueva perspectiva sobre la vida, te invitamos a vivir esta experiencia con nosotros.
Buscamos personas que hayan superado la etapa de las distracciones y estén en ese punto en el que lo único que quieren es construir algo nuevo.
Combinamos la creatividad, el aprendizaje práctico y la colaboración entre seres humanos. Trabajamos en nosotros mismos y mantenemos vínculos auténticos para sostener un proyecto que permita que más personas se unan.
El proyecto se autosostiene a través de la artesanía.
Tenemos tres tipos de intercambio de trabajo:
Artesanía: apoyo en la producción de micromacramé.
Comunicación digital: apoyo en la creación de contenido para Instagram y otras plataformas (reels, fotos, textos) y en la gestión de la estrategia online.
Cocina: ayuda y preparación de las comidas diarias vegetarianas/veganas.
Ofrecemos:
Alojamiento y comida.
Enseñanza práctica en técnicas de macramé.
Un entorno de convivencia activa.
Posibilidad de acceder a cursos de desarrollo personal.
Requisitos:
Estancia mínima de 2 semanas.
Nivel intermedio de español (mínimo comprensión básica).
Actitud comprometida.
Aquí encontrarás una oportunidad de desafiar tus propias creencias, de tener mas claridad sobre las relaciones humanas y sobre las vida misma.
Si sientes que estás en ese límite de tu vida donde ya no buscas experiencias, sino construir con conciencia, este puede ser tu lugar.

We wait for people who do not smoke and preferably Spanish-speaking. In case they are not, that they speak and understand Spanish fluently.
Esperamos a personas que no fumen y preferentemente de habla hispana. En caso de que no lo sean, que hablen y entiendan español fluido.
