Description
We are a family consisting of me, Vigdis 52 years, mother of Christina 30 years, Sigurd 21, Ingrid 18 years. We have a Coockapoo dog, which we are very fond of. We live in Tromsø but have a holiday home on Senja. It's called Svartfjell where our cabin is. The area is near Gibostad, north of Senja. We are an active family. We spend our free time walking on the mountain and on the beach weather permitting. My children are now so old that they are not always in the cabin but are in Tromsø to work. I am happy to take you on a trip in the area and you will be welcomed as part of the family.

Vi er en familie bestående av meg, Vigdis 52 år, mor til Christina 30 år, Sigurd 21, Ingrid 18 år. Vi har en Coockapoo hund, som vi er veldig glade i. Vi bor i Tromsø men har en fritidsbolig på Senja. Det heter Svartfjell der hytten vår står. Området er i nærheten av Gibostad, nord på Senja.
Vi er en aktiv famille. Vi bruker fritiden på å gå på fjellet og på stranden om været tillater det. Mine barn er nå så voksne at de ikke alltid er med på hytten men er i Tromsø å arbeider. Jeg tar deg gjerne med på tur i området og du vil bli tatt i mot som en del av familien.

Help
There are three other small houses on the property. We want to empty these houses of old belongings, and use them as a garage, storage room and guest house. The guesthouse has a turf roof that we want to replace. Otherwise, forests can be sawn and cut up to wood.

På eiendommen står det tre andre små hus. Disse husene ønsker vi å tømme for gamle eiendeler, og få i bruk som garasje, bod og gjestehus. Gjestehuset har torvtak som vi ønsker å skifte ut. Ellers kan skog sages og kappes opp til ved.

Du vil ha et eget rom i vår hytte, og være sammen med oss når vi spiser. Det vil være spennende for oss om du har lyst til å lage mat som er vanlig for deg. Vi lar oss gjerne inspirere og begeistre.
What else ...
In our free time we are happy to take you on mountain hikes, national parks and beaches in the area. If the weather and temperature make it possible, you can swim in the water below the cabin. It is also possible to look at art exhibitions at Vesterfjell and at Kråkeslottet in Bøvær. We have a car that we are happy to use to get to the desired destinations.

I fritiden tar vi deg gjerne med på fjellturer, nasjonalparker og strender i området. Om været og temperaturen gjør det mulig kan man bade i vannet nedenfor hytten. Det er også mulig å se på kunstutstillinger på Vesterfjell og ved Kråkeslottet på Bøvær. Vi har en bil som vi gjerne benytter for å komme oss til de ønskede reismålene .
