Hi, I'm Delon.
I'm a tourism professional with over 17 years of international experience, having lived and worked across four continents. Travel has always been a central part of my life—both personally and professionally.
I was born in Sri Lanka and lived there until I was 18. Since then, Austria has become my second home, where I'm currently based.
Right now, I'm in the exciting process of building a glamping resort in Ella, located in the stunning central hill country of Sri Lanka. It’s a project close to my heart, combining my passion for travel, sustainable tourism, and meaningful cultural experiences.

And after your time immersed in Ella's natural beauty, we’ll treat you to a relaxing stay at a charming beachfront accommodation in Mount Lavinia—where you can unwind with the sound of the ocean as your backdrop.

Join Our Off-Grid Glamping Project in Beautiful Ella, Sri Lanka
We're looking for hands-on, easygoing individuals to be part of a fun, collaborative environment alongside fellow volunteers. This is an off-grid but safe location, surrounded by stunning natural beauty—perfect for those who enjoy a peaceful setting with mountain views and fresh air.
Our project is in the early stages of developing a unique glamping retreat, and we’re seeking Workawayers who can bring creativity, passion, and a willingness to contribute meaningfully.
