We are a friendly hotel/hostel/bed and breakfast looking for welcoming and happy travelers to join our family for a period of time to help around the hotel. Located in the picturesque and historic city of Jaipur, well known for its rich culture and fabulous architecture, there are always things to do and visit. We are currently a family team of about 5 members, and are looking for more people to welcome to the family. We have been happily established in Jaipur for over 10 years, and have helped many travelers to find their feet in the Pink city. We are well located, only a ten minute walk from the Jaipur junction train station, and only a 10 minute tuk-tuk ride from the bus station. The Pink city gate is approximately a 15-20 minute walk, with local markets galore and many great bargains of all kinds to be had.
Help in the house
Help with Computers / internet
Actually this is family run guest house so they can learn about tradition , culture , religion etc due to involvement with our local staff and family.
My highest priority is to find someone outgoing and easily approachable to help host our guests and make them feel welcome. Additionally someone with refined computer skills who could help us develop a website, and/or people to help decorate the hotel. Language skills are also a bonus to share with the family. We are looking for someone who is happy to work and live side by side with my family, to throw themselves into the experience, and most importantly to enjoy their stay.
Accommodation would be a single room with a shared bathroom. Meals would be the same as the family eat, typically rice and a Dal curry.
Time off means exploring. And in Jaipur there's lots to be discovered. With the historical Pink fort in the hills, and the wild monkey Temple, things will never be dull. Jaipur also has a nearby elephant village, where you can ride, feed and paint the elephants. We can assist with any bookings (trains, buses, accommodation) for other cities.
