  Description

  We are the three of us restoring a big old house full of history on a space of several hectares along the Lot river. Michel, my father was born in our village, Jacomina, my mother is from dutch origin and speaks also english and german. I am Arthur, 30 years old, I was enthousiastic by "Workeway System" and was engaged has a volunteer in different country. I work in summer with boats projects and I travel in winter. I come back frequently to give a big hand around the property with the land between March and June and I will manage to be there to share this experience with you. As a supplement of a gîte which exist already, I m going to restore an other part of the house. I need help to finish it before summer and also maintain the property clean. We need to put in some some new life in a vegetable garden: all the conditions are there. A splendid environment, which needs new ideas. An exceptional spot, calm at 1km distance of a village of 500 inhabitants and between two bigger villages with all facilities. Canoes are available, natural little beach, very nice region.

  Nous sommes trois à restaurer une grande et vieille maison chargée d'histoire sur un grand terrain au bord de la rivière Lot.
  Michel, mon père, est originaire du village tandis que ma mère, Jacomina est originaire des Pays-bas et parle aussi l'anglais et l'allemand. Moi c'est Arthur, 30 ans, J'ai été séduit par le système "Workeway" que j'ai pratiqué en tant que volontaire à l'étranger. Je suis saisonnier l'été en navigation fluviale et je voyage une partie de l'hiver. Je reviens fréquemment pour l'entretien de l'ensemble de la propriété entre Mars et Juin et m'arrangerai pour être présent pendant votre séjour pour partager cette expérience avec vous. En complément d'un gîte déjà existant, je restaure une autre partie de la maison. Un coup de main est nécessaire pour l'entretien général de la propriété autant que pour l'aboutissement de ce projet. Un jardin potager ne demande qu'à revivre, tout sur place le permet. Un bel ensemble qui a besoin de nouvelles idées.
  Endroit superbe, calme et unique, à 1 km d'un village de 500 habitants et entre deux bourgs plus importants avec tous commerces.Canoës à disposition, plage naturelle, tranquillité garantie dans une très belle région...

  Help

  This year we especially need help to clean the land (cut trees and hedges). We will also paint and restaure old windows and make new shutters.

  Cette année nous avons spécialement besoin d'aide pour entretenir les espaces extérieurs (tailler les arbres et les haies). Nous allons également repeindre de vieilles fenêtres et fabriquer une série de nouveaux volets.
