My father and mother retired and lived in the residence, but they moved and it is currently unoccupied. The management of the place was under my responsibility and that of my sister Gabriele.

Guests will find a peaceful refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and with a typical Brazilian farm climate. Imagine yourself preparing delicious meals in the kitchen, enjoying the heat and the unique flavor that the wood stove provides. Our privileged location allows you to explore the charming towns around Piranguçu. We are a short distance from cities such as Itajubá (20 km), Pouso Alegre (40 km) and São Lourenço (60 km), where you will find unmissable tourist attractions, such as beautiful waterfalls, natural parks and various leisure options.
Help
The place has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, leisure area with barbecue and small swimming pool, vegetable garden and orchard. The work includes taking care of the garden and orchard so that the bush does not take over. Cleaning the small pool. Occasional repairs such as painting and maintenance of fences. The property is located in the rural area of Piranguçu, a small town in the south of Minas Gerais that has a large part of its territory located within the Environmental Protection Area - APA da Mantiqueira.

Campinas, where we living, is a big city with over 1 milion people. There are several cultural programs as teather, cinema, tipical restaurants around. There are also a few parks that can be explored and use as a to exercise and have contact with Brasilian Mata Atlântica forest. The city center is less than 20 minuts by bus. São Paulo 1 hour by bus. The ocean is around 4 hours by bus with lots of options and easy to get in. We have also a air port in our city that allows to get in the main cities of Brasil, like Rio de Janeiro, Florianópolis, Fortaleza e etc. Is also possible to get on this cities by bus.
