Description
(Inglés) In my role as a human being (creators of humus), I am involved in a Regenerative Agriculture project based on the principles of Syntropy. This project is located at the base of the mountains where teosinte was discovered and later corn was developed. This is a place of great history, Unión Zapata, Oaxaca, the birthplace of corn.
Currently, one of the most important activities for my beautiful state is the production of Mezcal. The project aims to provide a different approach to making this beverage in an environmentally friendly way, based on a Successional Syntropic Agroforestry System with a focus on Agaves and medicinal plants.
Our principles are based on the observation of nature, in times of calm and patience, where spirals of permanent life are generated and the quality of life is reflected in the quality of our beverage.
This system is in full development, and we would like you to be part of such a great, noble, and loving project. Our love for our Mother Earth drives us to demonstrate new ways of coexisting with nature. I'm supported in this great endeavor by my nephew, who is in charge of maintaining the entire place and making mezcal. We occasionally have more collaborators such as bricklayers, assistants in the production of the palenque, and field workers.
(Español) En mi función como ser humano (creadores de humus) me encuentro en un proyecto de Agricultura Regenerativa, basado en los principios de Sintropía, asentado en la base de las montañas donde se descubrió el teocintle y posteriormente se desarrollo el maíz, lugar de gran historia Unión Zapata, Oaxaca, cuna del maíz.
En la actualidad una de las actividades más importantes para mí bello estado es la producción de Mezcal, el proyecto pretende brindar un enfoque diferente de hacer dicha bebida de una manera amigable con el medio ambiente, partiendo de un Sistema Agroforestal Sintrópico Sucesional con enfoque en Agaves y plantas medicinales.
Nuestros principios basados en la observación de la naturaleza, en los tiempos con calma y paciencia, dónde se generen espirales de vida permanente y la calidad de vida se refleje en la calidad de nuestra bebida.
Este sistema está en pleno desarrollo y nos gustaría que fueras parte de tan gran y noble y amoroso proyecto. El amor por nuestra madre tierra nos impulsa para demostrar nuevas formas de convivir con la naturaleza. En esta gran labor me apoya mi sobrino, el cual es el encargado de dar mantenimiento a todo el lugar y de hacer mezcal, eventualmente tenemos más colaboradores como albañiles, auxiliares en la producción del palenque y trabajadores del campo.

(Español) Contaran con el privilegio de haber comunidad con la población que comparte el gran tesoro a nivel cultural e histórico ya que se encuentran Cuevas de gran importancia para la humanidad, también estarán en el corazón de la zona más grande productora de mezcal, de artesanías, zonas arqueológicas y zonas de gran importancia turística cómo lo es Hierve el Agua. Se puede hacer senderismo, cabalgatas, rutas en cuatrimotos, etc.

These tasks include process observation, area cleanup, natural mulching, successional planting, pruning, organic fertilization, participation in artisanal mezcal production processes, and the creation and maintenance of eco-technologies, all carried out with my support and guidance.

(Español) Se necesita manos con gran pasión por la naturaleza, para cuidar del Sistema Agroforestal Sintrópico Sucesional con enfoque en Agaves y plantas medicinales, tareas cómo observación de los procesos, limpieza del área, acolchado natural, siembras sucesionales, podas, abonados orgánicos, participación en los procesos de producción de mezcal artesanal, creación y mantenimiento de ecotecnologias, todo realizado bajo mi apoyo y asesoría.

(Inglés) We're located on one of the busiest and most important highways, making it easy to get around Oaxaca. It's a major tourist area, so there's a wealth of activities nearby.
(Español) Estamos a orillas de una de las carreteras mas importantes y transitadas, por lo cual moverte a los diferentes puntos de Oaxaca será fácil. Es una gran zona turística por lo que hay una gran cantidad de actividades muy cerca del lugar.
