    Description

Moldova is a small independent country which borders Romania and the Ukraine, where there are no animal welfare laws and daily life is extremely harsh and dangerous for the many hundreds of strays on the streets. Here we have over 400+ dogs and cats that we have saved from the streets. We are looking for volunteers to help care for the dogs mainly by giving them lots of love and if you're handy in repairing or making the area a better place for the animals. We can provide you a room on top of the shelter with a bathroom and food. We are also happy to drive you to Chisinau center when one of the workers goes into the center to feed the dogs on the streets. Natasha and Vlad run the shelter by feeding the animals, taking the ones that are vulnerable off the streets and make sure they get the help they need.

Chișinău is the capital of Moldova and it’s about a 40 minute car ride from the shelter. Many areas to visit but the most beneficial exchange you will receive is the love from our dogs that so badly need it. Natasha and Vlad run the shelter by feeding the animals in the shelter and also those on the streets as well as saving those who are in desperate need of help by bringing them back to the shelter.
