Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
The travellers will benefit by learning our local rich culture, our very special slang (chilean Spanish). We also offer the opportunity to learn how to cook local food. Our farm is located in a historical place in the middle of the "Cordillera de la Costa" in the Lakes Region. We are located by the famous "Camino Real" (Royal Way), built by the spanish conquerors in the XVI century. Our farm is located 30 minutes away from the famous millennial larches and one hour away from the Pacific ocean.
Help
We need help to make fences, take care of the animals (calfs and horses), work in the vegetable garden. We also need help for painting the house and warehouses. Rain is very heavy in winter so we have to paint the constructions once a year. Gardening and wood work is also welcome. We recycle a lot of old pieces of wood to make furniture and help the environment. Construction skills are always very welcome.
