    Description

    We run education programs for young adults that focus on community, adventure, and skills for a sustainable world. We are a husband and wife team with a young son. We live in western Colorado and frequently adventure around the South West.

    At home:
    We model off grid living, have amazing access to outdoor recreation, speak Spanish and English, live in a town that is vibrant and inclusive with the highest concentration of organic farms in Colorado as well as many artists and writers. we live in an off-grid neighborhood that includes folks with goats, the founder of conservation biology, a welder, and many more eclectic people, who are living in accordance with their values.

    PAST:
    January and February we will be working on finishing a building, gardening in the greenhouse, and caring for our chickens.

    June-August we will be working on an earthen floor, our greenhouse, building a solar hot water heater, and the gardens. We have two people signed up to come in that time so it could be a fun group experience.

    AT HOME: We have an extra rustic home on our property with a wood stove and a composting toilet. We will supply you with bulk foods, eggs from our chickens, meat from our pigs. We will also regularly share meals.
