    Hello Visionary Travellers!
    I’m Michael, an artist building Plumrose Cottage into a living artwork since 2017. This lakeside property is more than a "fixer-upper"—it’s the first node in a creative ecosystem reimagining how humans live, celebrate, and steward land cooperatively.
    We’re seeking hands-on dreamers to help:
    1️⃣ Expand Artistic Land Projects: Co-develop eco-sanctuaries (yurts, forest platforms) across our private land and permitted Crown beach/island frontiers.
    2️⃣ Grow Regenerative Systems: Tend food forests, natural buildings & waste cycles using permaculture principles.
    3️⃣ Co-Create Community Culture: Experiment with collaborative decision-making, skill-sharing circles, and land celebrations.
    4️⃣ Beautify & Maintain: Ongoing cottage/garden care (painting, carpentry, landscaping).
    This is sweat equity with purpose:
    You’re helping prototype self-governed spaces (no bosses/landlords!)
    Your work directly grows community-owned sanctuaries
    We document systems to replicate this model globally

    Practical Details:
    📍 Location: Lake Errock (lakeside rural community, 90 mins from Vancouver).
    🚗 Access:
    With vehicle? Park on site
    No vehicle? pickup/dropoff from Mission City West Coast Express station.
    Note: Property is intentionally peaceful/remote—ideal for nature immersion!
    🏡 Stay: Shared cottage rooms or your own vehicle. Kitchen/bathrooms provided.
    🤝 Work: ~25 hrs/week. Flexible schedules. Long-term builders prioritized.
    🌱 Exchange: Accommodation + staple simple foods + profound purpose.
