    Description

    Hello!

We are a warm and welcoming family living in Trois-Rivières, in the Pointe-du-Lac area, west of the city. Our home is located near the St. Lawrence River, just a few kilometers from Lake St. Pierre, in a peaceful environment surrounded by wooded land. We are also close to mountain biking trails, and perfectly located halfway between Montreal and Quebec City.

We speak french at home, my husband and I we speak english and the kids are starting to learn at school.

    We have three wonderful children:
    - Our 5-year-old daughter: she is just starting kindergarten this year. She is curious, full of energy, and loves playing, drawing, and discovering new things.

    - Our 8-year-old son: he is passionate about music, loves singing, and is already playing the piano with great enthusiasm.

-Our 10-year-old son: he is passionate about speed skating and trains with dedication. He also enjoys sciences and taking on challenges.

All three are cheerful, affectionate, and excited to meet new people.

We’ll be happy to cook together and introduce you to local dishes (poutine, tourtière, maple products…).
You will be part of the family and can travel trough different places trough speed skating competitions, family meetings or work-related travels.
Our area is perfect to enjoy nature: hiking, mountain biking, and walks near the St. Lawrence River and Lake St. Pierre.
If you wish, you can improve your French.
We love exchanging about cultures, life stories, and discovering new perspectives on the world.

We believe the Workaway experience is above all about mutual sharing: you’ll become part of the family, and in return, you’ll help us in our daily life.
