Help wanted please with autumn planting and garden preparation for winter and preserving from September 16th.
Having successfully run a highly acclaimed Centre for 30 years and the Trust for 15 years, Paul now runs the Retreat Centre. We encourage a deep respect and connection with the land and nature and run sound healing workshops. This is a very special piece of land on 1.5 ha and has beautiful gardens and many interesting and sacred spaces including, a willow labyrinth, a large sacred geometry form, a celtic roundhouse, a stone circle, a sound/peace chamber, a sacred grove of trees, a Celtic area including a sweat lodge and triple spiral labyrinth and examples of permaculture and organic production.

We have 3 Shepherd Huts and Yurts and Bell tents for accommodation, allocation depends on season and which courses are running. When not running courses the Shepherd's Huts are available for the volunteers, however if present during the weekend courses it would be necessary to stay in a bell tent. The volunteers will receive meals, which are vegetarian, largely organic and can assist with cooking and learn about cooking and eating healthy food. There is no fee or cost for volunteers apart from what they require for personal use. However if they wish to attend a sound healing retreat then there will be a small charge at very reduced rate to cover costs such as special food prepared.
The beautiful centre is situated in the Brecon Beacons - perfect for nature lovers with the River Wye for swimming and canoeing and beautiful mountains for hiking and biking. The famous book town Hay-on-Wye is situated 5 miles away for exploring on the weekends.
