  My name is Carmen, I am 86 years old and I live alone. A few years ago I suffered two strokes, with which I lost part of my memory, but to this day I can still live independently.
  I would like to receive help such as cleaning the house, going for a walk and receiving massages, since I have back pain.
  I don't speak English, but I speak the language of the heart and I consider myself a communicative person.
  
  I live in a town called Aguadulce that is known for its magnificent climate, its beach and clean air

  Me llamo Carmen, tengo 86 años y vivo sola. Hace algunos años sufrí dos ictus, con los que perdí parte de mi memoria, pero al dia de hoy todavia puedo vivir independientemente.
  Me gustaria recibir ayuda como por ejemplo limpiar la casa, salir a pasear y recibir masajes, ya que tengo dolores de espalda.
  Yo no hablo inglés, pero hablo el idioma del corazón y me considero una persona comunicativa.
  
  Vivo en un pueblo llamado Aguadulce que es conocido por su magnifico clima, su playa y aire limpio.

  I need help with cleaning and order in the house, to cook, also someone to go out with me for walks and sit down to enjoy the sun and to massage my back, since it is sore. And above all affection and human warmth.

  Necesito ayuda con la limpieza y orden en la casa, para cocinar, tambien alguien que salga conmigo a dar paseos y sentarnos a disfrutar del sol y que me de masajes en la espalda, ya que la tengo dolorida. Y sobre todo cariño y calor humano.

  The house is not very big, but it has a lot of charm. In the living room there is a large window that overlooks a park which gives it a lot of beauty.
  The volunteer room has two single beds and a closet.

  La casa no es muy grande, pero tiene mucho encanto. Enbel salón hay una gran ventana que da a un parquem lo cual le da mucha belleza.
  La habitación del voluntario tiene dos camas individuales y un armario.

  My house is very well connected, on the one hand it is 3 minutes walk from the beach and, on the other, there are buses every 15 minutes to Almeria city.

  Mi casa está muy bien comunicada, por un lado esta a 3 minutos andando de la playa y, por otro hay autobuses cada 15 minutos a Almeria ciudad
