Hi!
We're a family of 4 - myself (Jo) and my 3 children (Samuel 12, Ollie 10 and Annie 7). We live in a lovely place called Welcome Bay in Tauranga. We're right next to a beautiful bush reserve and close to the city and bus routes. My children love learning about different countries, cultures and languages and I've done a lot of travelling before I had kids. You're welcome to join in with our family if you would like that! My kids are all neurodiverse - they're awesome and interesting and full of beans!!
I'm needing some help with childcare, housework and if you're so inclined, my garden. If you have a drivers licence, amazing! If you have a car, even better!
Childcare: I have specific days that I work until 7.30pm (2 days per week from 2.30pm). I also have some shorter things on other evenings but can update that as we go.
Housework: I struggle to do everything and would love someone to help for an hour or 2 for 5 days a week. Cleaning, tidying, laundry etc.
So all up, about 20-25 hours per week. Anything more than that and we can arrange for payment.
In return I can offer you a lovely cabin in the bottom of the garden. There are 2 rooms plus a bathroom. It's quiet, private and relaxing. So if there's 2 of you, you can have the whole thing. If you're coming on your own, there may be space for another workawayer! Tauranga and Mt Maunganui is a hot spot in summer time. We have amazing beaches, surf, restaurants and cafes and lots more.
I would really love someone who could stay for at least a few months so that we can get into a good routine and the children can get used to you (and you to them!).
Our current saviour is leaving very early in October and has been here since April :)
We also have 2 ginger cats!
