  Hi.
  
  I live just outside Alcacer Do Sal, Comporta, Portugal. I've recently moved here myself but I realise that I've been searching for this place all my life. I'm incredibly respectful of my neighbours plus the peace and space that they've offered me. Plus they don't ask me to turn down my music.like my children do . However their peace is far more important to me.
  
  I have a 3 double bedroomed house.on a large plot of land (with my neighbours relatively close by) . I was an interior designer in London but my passion is writing and I came here to work on a variety of scripts, which I still need to complete. I need some help with building/ constructing a couple of additional rooms such as an outdoor bathroom and an office space.
  
  I roll up my sleeves too and work hard. I've done a lot of the renovation work myself but I need to get on with my writing. If you have any building skills/ plumbing or electricity that would be great.. Otherwise we can google.. but you'd need to be creative and responsible and happy to take things on - though no doubt I would roll up my sleeves again. Needless to say safety is key so if you have structural knowledge then great!
  
  I have 3 children in the UK whom I love desperately but I definitely don't want anymore...This would be a good place for people who have a mature head but are also able to have fun. I'm afraid you need your own transport too. I am respectful of my own independence as I would be respectful of yours but you do need 4 wheels!
  
  I hate cooking. I'm burnt out having cooked for years.I'd rather eat sweets for the rest of my life to be honest. However its not practical nor would my children forgive me. If you like to cook they would be thrilled (sorry Im not that bothered though I love good quality food but I've got too much to do) and you'd be far more thrilled by the local ingredients.
  
  There is a large artist community 15 minut!es up the road, Ive lived in London most of my life (on and off) and yet I've met more creative people here in the last 5 months who are not only serious about their work but the inspirational nature here. I hope to be self sufficient at some point though I don't know how to grow vegetables and as you know I don't care about how they're cooked (unless very boiled)
  
  This is a "serious" position for people who also know how to have fun. It is not however a place for people who are looking to freeload or cant understand what I've written.... though I've been incredibly clear and transparent. English is essential and Portuguese a gift! But if you don't have the strength to be honest then we wont be able to communicate.
  
  Your accommodation is a double bedroom and is private and comfortable. I have pictures and are happy to forward

  The nature in Comporta, the beaches, the weather and the tranquillity is amazing here. I don’t speak Portugese so would be would be ideal for anyone who does. There are so many places to explore locally and Lisbon an hour away
