Description
I am a self-employed male who works from home and has to travel to Montreal during the week, as well as other work travel. My girlfriend is here with me on weekends and holidays. I have a busy lifestyle and was not set up for the shock of the puppies' arrival! The home is quiet and beautiful, with windows overlooking the trees and lake. We sometimes have guests who visit us on weekends. We are in the small town of Sainte Anne des Lacs, Quebec.

We live in a beautiful area in the Laurentian mountains 50 minutes north of Montreal. We speak English at home, however, the area is primarily French. We are situated on a small lake with hiking trails nearby, as well as downhill and cross-country ski areas.
Help
We are looking for help as soon as possible! Our newly adopted 2-year-old miniature dachshund surprised us by giving birth to two adorable puppies on February 3rd. We have never raised puppies from birth and we both work full-time. We are looking for someone who knows about training puppies from birth, and who can care for them when we are working and/or out of the house. Responsibilities would include: ensuring the puppies' safety and nutrition, house-training them, and making sure their momma gets a break. Occasional night-time help may be needed.

Our Workaway would have a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. They will have access to the kitchen and living room. Use of car to be discussed.
What else ...
There are many beautiful places to visit in the area, such as the town of Saint Sauveur, Mont Tremblant, and all the wonderful sights in the Laurentian mountains. The area is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors.
