  Looking for a meaningful experience abroad in a stunning mountain setting? I might have just the opportunity for you 😊

  Starting September!
  
  You are a young woman under 25 years old who speaks English fluently and is a citizen of the European Union. If you are interested in “teaching”—or rather, helping students aged 3 to 10 learn English—at a small mountain school.
  
  In collaboration with the school in Passy, I invite you to write me a cover letter to apply for this job offer as a civic service position.
  Your assignment will be 24 hours per week, divided into 12 hours for “teaching” English and 12 hours for helping out at the school.
  The salary is €619 per month.
  You’ll get school holidays off.
  
  This position is for few hours per week, so I won’t be providing meals... but we can share meals occasionally without any problem.

  The application deadline is June 25 for a position starting at the beginning of the school year in September 2026 and running through the end of June 2027.

  Help

  In exchange, I’d like you to speak English with my 7-year-old daughter and take her to and from school. This will be every other week (since we’re separated from her dad).
  I’ll also need your help with daily chores like keeping the apartment clean, unloading the dishwasher when it’s full, hanging up the laundry when the machine is running, vacuuming if needed… (basically, everyday tasks!)
