Description
I live in a beautiful village called Vinsobres, located in the Drôme Provençale which is reputed to have 300 days of sunshine a year. I live on my own with my dog Kaya and my cat Alfie in a large house with 6,000m2 of land. The property is located slightly outside the village and has stunning views over Mont Ventoux, the Baronnies valley and neighbouring hills. It is extremely peaceful, calm and quiet here and you just can't help but feel good...

I speak English and French and live in the beautiful Drôme Provençale in Vinsobres, near to Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine, both typical provençale towns and there's plenty to offer in terms of culture, heritage, wine, regional produce, nature, walks, climbing etc. and not forgetting of course, the excellent climate in this region. Vinsobres forms part of the wine Cru Côtes du Rhône so there are plenty of vineyards and domains within easy reach of the house and the wine producers would be happy to share their knowledge with you.
I would be happy to share meals with my helpers although I tend to only eat one big meal a day - I will provide food so you can cook anything else you would like the rest of the time. I speak English and French and have travelled extensively in my time (over 45 countries) so it would be nice to share our experiences.Help
I'm looking for someone to help with the exterior of my property (6,000m2). Pruning trees, cutting vegetation, clearing leaves, removing brambles, filling potholes etc.

Depending on when you are able to come, the accommodation will either be a large bedroom (1 double, 1 single bed) in the house with a private bathroom or in a private cottage next door. For meals, it is probably easiest if you let me know what you need and I'll get everything in. There'll be occasions too when we can eat together.
What else ...
I have a dog and a cat at the property, both of whom are very sweet and friendly. The house is a 20-minute walk from the village which in turn is not well served by public transport - it would be advisable to have a vehicle to be able to fully benefit from everything the area has to offer.
