Help with my garden and land in Arcidosso, Tuscany, Italy

  Description

  I am 66, female, living mainly alone, tho daughter & neighbours not far away. Have just bought, and mostly renovated an astonishingly unusual and beautiful house just outside the town of Arcidosso, Monte Amiata, Grossetto Tuscany.
  
  There are two towns, Arcidosso & Castel del Piano, & one village, San Lorenzo in this otherwise stunningly rural, and beautiful area. Within easy reach are, Siena, 1 hour, Seggiano,10 minutes, Florence,1 1/2 to 2 hours Pienza, 45 minutes Bagno vignone, 30 or Bangno san fillip 35mins with its free hot springs, Montepulciano interesting laces too numerous to mention.
  
  Having dealt for the most part with the house I now need help with the surroundings, and land, trimming branches, establishing an organic vegetable plot, some fencing, planting trees and similar projects.I have three dogs, comprising two border collies & one staffordshire BT cross/ unknown terrier pup, Chickens will follow soon.
  
  Fantastic location. Merigar Dzochen Tibetan Buddhist centre 10 minutes distant. Sea 45 minutes. Rome 2 Hours. Wild & beautiful mountainous countryside, sprinkled with charming towns . Bringing this wonderful house, and land back to something like its former glory will be an extremely worthwhile project.

  One apartment (at present 1 bedroom.Kitchen/living room. Could have 2 beds. Or small 1 up 1 down Cottage next to the gate. Apartment has heating & bath. Cottage shower, and Stufa economic downstairs, at present deciding between Pither stop,(I have one) wood stove, or Pellet to warm this cottage.
