  Description

  We are family of 4 + 1 dog. Ásgeir (32), Karen (30), Emil (4), Dagbjört (3) and our dog Freyja (1).
  We have a big farm with dairy cows, cattle, sheep's and few horses.
  Our kids are active and fun to be around, always ready with a good joke or a helping hand.

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  We are a family that live on a farm and you will get to know the farm side of Iceland. We have amazing neighbours and alot of nature to explore. In this season we have a lot going on. It's a busy time and you will get first hand experience here with us.
  We are open and fun, but also hard working people.

  Help

  We need a good person to help with our kids. Someone who is independent and responsible. Our kids love to be outside, help with easy task on the farm and be around animals.
  We have horses that they love to ride and take care of.
  Your main task would be driving them to kindergarten and pick them up, be with them while we work, and help around the house.
  The kindergarten is 25 km away in the next town, Hvammstangi. There is a supermarket, swimming pool, hospital and pharmacy.
  
  Your main task will be driving the kids to kindergarten and pick them up. Help around with household ( cleaning ) and babysit the kids.

  You will have your own room in our house and of course have access to bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
  You will use the bathroom with us, because we only have one.
  You will have 3 meals with us a day.

  To get here you need to take the bus and we will pick you up at the nearest stop station. In your free time you can explore the nature around us, go hiking or help around the farm and get to know the animals we have.
