Description
Hi! I’m Francesco, I live in beautiful Romagna (Italy), and I often travel to the US for medical reasons. I’m a dad of two wonderful kids, and I’m looking for a kind and friendly Workawayer who would love to spend some time with us during the year.
My goal is to give my children the chance to practice and improve their English by spending time with a native speaker in a natural and fun way. So if you enjoy being around kids and sharing your language, you’ll feel right at home here!
We also have a lovely Golden Retriever who’s full of energy and always ready to play! It would be great if you like dogs and wouldn’t mind taking him for a walk or keeping him company sometimes.
What we offer:
• A private single room with your own bathroom
• A warm and welcoming family environment
• Trips and visits to discover some amazing Italian places — I love to travel and show my guests the beauty of our country!
We’ve already hosted several guests in the past, and each experience has been unique and special. We’re excited to meet new people, learn about different cultures, and share ours with you too.

As your hosts, we’re excited to offer you a truly immersive Italian experience! If you’re interested, I’d be happy to teach you some Italian—whether it’s basic conversation or a few fun expressions to help you feel like a local. My wife, a passionate Criminologist who works from home, would love to share her knowledge and talk about all things related to criminology and criminal justice—perfect for anyone curious about this fascinating field.
We’re also eager to show you around our beautiful region. I’ll gladly take you on day trips to explore some of Italy’s most iconic cities: Florence, Venice, Bologna, Milan—and if time allows, even Rome and Naples! I’m a great travel companion and a true history enthusiast, so you’ll get more than just a tour; you’ll get the stories, context, and rich history that bring these places to life.
Whether you’re here for the culture, the language, the history, or just to enjoy authentic Italian hospitality—we’ve got you covered!Projects involving children

Help
Hello! We are an Italian family looking for a friendly and reliable native English speaker to spend time with our children, helping them improve their English through daily conversation and play. Our kids already speak English and we’d love to give them more opportunities to practice with a mother tongue in a natural and fun way.
As a second priority, we’d also appreciate some help with our dog—taking him for walks or playing with him. If you’re happy to lend a hand with small tasks in the garden now and then, that’s a bonus!
We offer a warm and welcoming environment, and we’d love to share our culture while learning from yours too!Languages
