    Description

Hey there! We're a crew of five people living it up on the Oaxacan coast in Mazunte. we have people who are doing natural buildings and construction, we have a brewery and a store in town where we sell our own fermented drinks and sourdough bread. We are all into fermentation and creating our own products. You would have the possibility to learn how to brew beer, kombucha and other fermented products. You can also learn how to build with natural materials and other constructions. There are a lot of little projects going on and we also have a partner in Pluma Hidalgo (two hours away) who is living and working on a coffee farm. Breakfast is included.
