  Description

  I'm an Italian 45 years old woman, my origins are from this wonderful Land called Salento (which is in Apulia, and where the main city is Lecce)! I lived in north of Italy and Spain for years but now I live in this wonderful land, in the village where I grew. I'm astrologist, I speak english, spanish, and french. I worked all my life, as waitress, cook, touristic guide and receptionist. In 2020 I decided to work for self-sufficiency, leaving conventional jobs, and devoting my time to the care of the Earth, practising agriculture, and creative and artistic recycling. I believe that it is an urgent need to take up the profound concept of an economy of well-being linked to the well-being of the Earth on which all beings on the planet depend and for this I am undertaking this path of regeneration and restoration of this Eco-nomy. Create food forests, release free energy, practising permaculture and zeroing of waste are the main goals of my present, and I would like to share it with people feeling the same vibration frequences of creating and preserving life <3
  
  Sono una donna di 45 anni, originaria di questa meravigliosa Terra di Puglia chiamata Salento ! Ho vissuto nel nord Italia e in Spagna per diversi anni, ma adesso vivo qui, nel paesello dove sono cresciuta. Sono Astrologa, parlo inglese, spagnolo e francese. Ho fatto diversi lavori nella mia vita, cameriera, cuoca, guida turistica e receptionist. Nel 2020 ho deciso di lavorare per l'autosufficienza, abbandonando le occupazioni convenzionali, per dedicare il mio tempo a prendermi cura della Terra, praticando l'agricoltura, e il riciclaggio artistico/creativo. Credo che ci sia un bisogno urgente di riprendere il concetto profondo di un Economia del benessere in diretta connessione con il benessere della Madre Terra, dalla quale tutti gli esseri viventi del pianeta dipendiamo, e per questo sto riprendendo questo percorso di rigenerazione e restauro di questa Eco-nomia. Creare foreste alimentari, incentivare l'energia libera, praticare la permacultura e l'azzeramento dei rifiuti sono gli obiettivi principali del mio presente, e vorrei condividerlo con le persone che sentono le stesse frequenze vibratorie di creazione e conservazione della vita <3

  The place where we are located is adjacent to the Otranto-Leuca Park, one of the most evocative areas of Salento. On foot, among the colors, smells and sounds of nature, following fascinating itineraries out of time and space: all this are the numerous paths that trace the park “Costa Otranto-S.M. di Leuca and Bosco di Tricase ". Walking through them is the most authentic way to get to know this protected area of exceptional beauty and considerable scientific importance up close, as elements of great biogeographical interest gravitate to it. Each path is characterized by its own typical landscape, flora, fauna and morphology of the territory, ready to be walked and enjoyed. From our countryside we see the sea and from there on foot in a few minutes you can reach the high rocks of the Munti Ferrari from which you get the spectacular view of the Valle dei Cervi.
  It is like diving into an ancestral and unknown nature and getting lost in a time that has never passed.
  In these evocative places it is easy to create networks of friendships that reveal the Ancient Traditions, singing (and dancing) a "pizzica", or cooking Wheat with Chickpeas for pilgrims who come from afar, (we are along the route of the Via Francigena). Here religious syncretism finds its origins in the very ancient therapeutic traditions, connected both with the original music of spiritual rituals, and with the profound knowledge of the use of the gifts of the Earth as health foods. And all this can also be manifested in a joyful meeting of the communities.
  Everyday you can spend time in our house learning interesting and beautiful thngs, such as making pasta, making soaps, creating macrame objects, sewing, here in the house there is a lot of material ready to be recycled and reused in a creative way :) maybe talking about Astrology.
  
  Il luogo in cui ci troviamo è adiacente al Parco Otranto-Leuca, una delle zone più suggestive del Salento, dove, a piedi, tra i colori, gli odori ei suoni della natura, e seguendo affascinanti itinerari fuori dal tempo e dallo spazio, si trovano numerosi sentieri che ripercorrono il parco “Costa Otranto-SM di Leuca e Bosco di Tricase", attraversando i quali si può conoscere da vicino quest'area protetta di eccezionale bellezza e notevole importanza scientifica, in quanto conservatrice di elementi di grande interesse biogeografico. Questa terra è caratterizzata da un tipico paesaggio, flora , fauna e morfologia del territorio, pronti per essere scoperti e apprezzati. Dalla campagna in cui ci troviamo noi si vede il mare, e da lì a piedi in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere le alte rocce dei Munti Ferrari da cui si ha la spettacolare vista della Valle dei Cervi di Porto Badisco.
  È come immergersi in una natura ancestrale e sconosciuta e perdersi in un tempo che non è mai passato.
  In questi luoghi suggestivi è facile creare reti di amicizie che svelano le Antiche Tradizioni, intonando una pizzica, o cucinando il Grano con Ceci per i pellegrini che vengono da lontano, (siamo lungo il percorso della Via Francigena). Qui il sincretismo religioso trova le sue origini nelle antichissime tradizioni terapeutiche, legate sia alla musica originaria dei rituali spirituali, sia alla profonda conoscenza dell'uso dei doni della Terra come alimenti salutari. E tutto questo si può manifestare anche in un gioioso incontro delle comunità.
  Ogni giorno puoi passare del tempo in casa imparando cose interessanti e belle, come fare la pasta, fare saponi, creare oggetti in macramè, cucire, qui in casa c'è molto materiale pronto per essere riciclato e riutilizzato in modo creativo :) magari chiacchierando di Astrologia ;)

  Help

  In my projects I need help with agricultural tasks, both manual and with the use of tools ;) The urgence now is to build a dry toilet at the land, and I need somebody who can help me to do it. I am looking for the valid help of practical people who already have an aptitude for manual projects and above all the cultivation of the soil with synergistic and re-generation methods. My hens family donates an excellent amount of eggs, and requires a regular effort to clean the yard and provide the food they don't have while walking in the countryside. I have planted several fruit trees and I would like to plant others to enlarge the food forest I am planning: for now the project is only in my mind, and anyone who already has some experience in permaculture and grafting design is welcome. I have the necessary equipment to work in the land, including electro-mechanical ones, and I'm looking for people of excellent will willing and able to use them :) Basically the main tasks are to plant trees and vegetables, mow the grass, hoe the land, water the crops, mulch and free from invasive, feed the chickens, clean the chicken coop and carry the litter to the field, take care of the trees, build walls and fences.
  More capacities, knowledges and initiatives will be apreciated. :)
  I am often wandering around the surrounding land in search of plants and flowers useful for hydroalcoholic extracts and oleolites, and it would be a joy for me to host people who have knowledge and experience in medical plants and herbs <3
  
  Nei miei progetti ho bisogno di aiuto con le attività agricole, sia manuali che con l'uso di attrezzi ;) In questo momento è urgente la costruzione di un bagno secco e cerco qualcuno che lo sappia fare :D Cerco il valido aiuto di persone pratiche che hanno già attitudine ai progetti manuali e soprattutto alla coltivazione del terreno con metodi di permacultura , sinergico, rigenerativo e chi più sa ... meglio sarà! La mia famiglia di galline dona un'eccellente quantità di uova e richiede uno sforzo regolare per pulire il cortile e fornire il cibo che non hanno mentre camminano in campagna. Ho piantato diversi alberi da frutto e vorrei piantarne altri per ampliare la food forest che sto progettando: per ora il progetto è solo nella mia mente, e chiunque abbia già una certa esperienza in permacultura e innesto design è il benvenuto. Dispongo delle attrezzature necessarie per lavorare in terra, comprese quelle elettromeccaniche, e cerco persone di ottima volontà disposte e capaci di utilizzarle :) Fondamentalmente i compiti principali sono piantare alberi e ortaggi, falciare l'erba, zappare la terra, innaffiare i raccolti, pacciamare e liberare da invasivi, nutrire le galline, pulire il pollaio e portare la lettiera al campo, prendersi cura degli alberi, costruire muri e recinzioni.
  Saranno apprezzate maggiori capacità, conoscenze e iniziative. :)
  Mi aggiro spesso per il territorio circostante alla ricerca di piante e fiori utili per estratti idroalcolici ed oleoliti, e sarebbe una gioia per me ospitare persone che hanno conoscenza ed esperienza in piante ed erbe medicinali <3

  Accommodation

  The house is located in the historic center of the town (next to the main church, which delights its inhabitants with its hourly bells) and is developed on 4 floors: - Cellar; - ground floor: kitchen / living room / laboratory; - first floor: 2 bedrooms (one of them is reserved for workawayers, and there are 2 beds), 1 bathroom, 1 corridor / laundry; - terrace with a view :).
  The morning church bell rings at 6.30, but in this season of long spring and summer days I am already up (because the hens want to go running around with the rising sun) and you can see me preparing a coffee and baking a cake to share at 7 in the morning, (for your joy :), you'll not awakened as I am very silent in my movements).
  Our diet here at home will mainly consist of local organic food, including: vegetables from the garden and eggs from our hens, fresh homemade pasta, km0 legumes and goat cheeses. Herbal teas made with herbs from the surrounding nature :) no meat.
  
  La casa si trova nel centro storico del paese (accanto alla chiesa principale, che delizia i suoi abitanti con le sue campane orarie) e si sviluppa su 4 piani: - Cantina; - piano terra: cucina / soggiorno / laboratorio; - primo piano: 2 camere da letto (di cui una riservata ai workawayers, dotata di 2 posti letto), 1 bagno, 1 corridoio / lavanderia; - terrazzo con vista :).
  La campana della chiesa del mattino suona alle 6.30, e in questa stagione di lunghe giornate primaverili ed estive io sono già sveglia (perché le galline vogliono andare in giro con il sol levante) e potete trovarmi in cucina a preparare il caffè mentre si cucina una torta da condividere alle 7 del mattino, (per la vostra gioia :), non sarete svegliati perché sono molto silenziosa nei miei movimenti).
  La nostra dieta qui a casa consiste principalmente in più possibile biologico locale, tra cui: verdure dell'orto e uova delle nostre galline, pasta fresca fatta in casa, legumi a km0 e formaggi di capra del mio vicino pastore. Tisane a base di erbe della natura circostante :) no carne.

  We are in an area quite far from the big centers and the wild nature and the colors of the sea are the masters. We are close to the sea (3 km) and we can go by car, on foot or by bike, we take advantage of the summer to go there very often during the day and the night.
  I have a car available and I will be happy to let you discover the nearby places that I love.
  I have a bicycle too that I haven't used for a long time .. wait for someone who wants to revive it!
  
  Siamo in una zona abbastanza lontana dai grandi centri e la natura selvaggia ed i colori del mare padroneggiano. Siamo a 3 km dal mare, (ci possiamo andare in macchina, a piedi o in bicicletta) e approfitteremo dell'estate per andarci molto spesso, di giorno e di notte.
  Ho una macchina a disposizione e sarò felice di farvi scoprire i luoghi vicini che amo.
  Ho anche una bicicletta che non uso da molto tempo.. aspetta qualcuno che la voglia far rivivere!
