We are a Hostel located in Lake Atitlan Guatemala. On the shores of Punta de Oro underneath the big volcano of San Pedro.
We are a relatively young hostel,with a bit more than a year operating. Still under little remodelations but we are already functioning in all hospitality areas.
We need workers that are skilled in various fields such as: Bartending, Food Service, Front Desk Management, Great Host Skills, Event Planner, Social Media, Gardening&Permaculture, Carpentry, Electricity & General Construction skills.
We offer lodging in a staff bungalow with bunkbeds and shared bathroom with 2 meals per working day.
Minimum stay of 1 MONTH is required and maximum is depending on the area of work. With 5 days a week, 5 hours per day work. Providing breakfast and lunch/dinner only during workdays.
Fun and Hard commited work is our goal. Enjoying an excepcional view of lake Atitlan, the volcanoes and the Indian Nose Mountain. WIth a great variety of activities, tours and inner local hostel exchange to travel around our beautiful country.

Our spot is in San Pedro la Laguna, Lake Atitlan. In the heart of the mayan land with a huge tourist scene.
This town holds all types of activities all around the lake with more than 10 towns, encountering different local ethnicities and culture.
Theres also an opportunity on learning spanish provided by a wide variety of schools.
Guatemala has a lot to offer for any type of traveller. And San Pedro la Laguna is an amazing little town!
We need skilled workers that know how to manage Front Desk primarly, with computer skills, organized work ethic, bartending and food service skills,and general hospitality & host service.
All workers must help on basic chores and cleaning up their own private space,bathroom and all use of the facilities.
We provide assistance for travelling tips, places to go, inner local hostel exchange and tips on what to do and how to get around our country, so you can get a better experience in your trip.

But most important a very beautiful and wise ancestor mayan community that empowers the lake.
San Pedro's market is full of fresh food with good prices. And the entire town is surrounded by inspiring colorful handmade local art, fabrics, ceramics, paintings, clothing and more.
Theres also a lot of activities around to help the enviorment; charity work on many projects involved with helping the lakes health and its local communities.
