Description
We have a chateau that we are restoring together with 6 cottages and some stone barns all set in 200 acres of French countryside, in the dordogne. We are looking for any help, are very easy going boho types. Short or long term available in separate detached accommodation.

We are in the center of both the truffle and foie gras region. Local markets and produce are a weakly feature. Both Perigueux and Limouges are close to visit. Bicycles are available for use.
Help
Painting, cleaning, carpentry, building, tree and ground clearing gardening and grass cutting. Roof has been professionally restored by local artisan. Have tractors, machinery and large mowers. Workshop on site. Skilled, semi skilled and un skilled welcome.

Bicycles are available to explore the national forests that we are adjacent to .
Our place is a 19 bedroom building surrounded by its own grounds overlooking the town of Thiviers . Evening meals provided with us . Vegetarian food can be supplied, some of the food is grown by us.
