Description
3.5 acre homestead in Skagit Valley WA.
Located one mile from downtown mount Vernon and access to the Skagit river. Working on a barn restoration project on a turn of the century hay barn. Also developing a community site including but not limited to a green house, a community kitchen and a facility for working with horses.
Looking for fellow soul searcher and builders. Please be able to contribute and have a good attitudes.
You would be camping, but can use the kitchen and bathroom. No RVs
