    Description

We are 2 hours from Sydney and an hour from Canberra. We fall asleep to the sounds of nature and wake to birds singing. Sunrise and sunset still takes my breath away and on a cloudless night the stars shine brightly.

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

Enjoy staying on an Australian farm. The sunsets are breathtaking and
On a clouless night you can enjoy the souther stars. Wombats, kangaroos and echidnas inhabit the gullies. Kookaburras and Magpies sing there songs. Join us for family meals where we can share our culture and customs of rural Australia. If you have a vehicle. Canberra is a 50min drive. 15mins to Bungendore or Tarago.

I can share my knowledge and skills in permiculture and holistic farm management.

We are always keen to learn from others around different ways of being.

  • Help

    Help

We follow regenerative farming practices. Part of this is to plant trees and maintaining wildlife corridors. We do not generate income from these activities so they are purely to increase biodiversity abd connectivity of ecosystem. When our volunteers are not helping us to plant trees, help include chipping out invasive weeds or maintaining fences that protect regenerating areas. At other times we might get you to help us with our personal vege patch and poultry. We are always keen to talk about holistic grazing and how that is improving the landscape.
