Description
Located in the midst of the ruins of ancient Lycia, Our Lodge is an excellent Turkey beach hotel near Fethiye on the south west coast. The hotel is surrounded by a delightful orchard just behind a quiet desolate sandy beach, only approx. 9 miles from the center of Fethiye.
Situated in a garden with organically grown fruit trees, this small beachfront hotel features a restaurant bordering the sandy beach and home-cooked meals.
The restaurant uses organic ingredients and is situated next to a small creek. Its beach-side terrace offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and has an adjoining bar that serves cooled drinks on the hotel's beach benches.

Help
Here, all staff are members of the family. Also the volunteers are welcomed as a member of this family. You can experience rural life of Mediterranean south -coast region of Turkey. We expect volunteers to speak English with our teammates and share the culture.
We hope to welcome long term volunteer (at least 4 weeks), who can help us with general maintenance and some of renovation of our lodge, also with some help in the garden.

Such an amazing place!!

Had a great two weeks at the Lodge. Everyone is really kind and outgoing. I was there in the winter when the hotel is closed and we cooked on our own sometimes and with the owners sometimes. Just Nice!
I planned to stay just for some month but in the end I was there from Oct to Jan and spent much of my time with the two nice EVS-Volunteers.
Only thing I recommend you, is that - at least in the winter - some Turkish skills are probably quite useful, but without will be okay as well - you'll learn fast :)
