Description
We're a small family of 3 (2 teenagers) a dog and an old cat. I have been busy studying and many jobs have not been done around the garden! This summer we need help dismantling an old shed, breaking up old equipment/furniture and bringing it all to the dump. Also cutting up waste timber etc., Clearing brambles, digging holes and planting trees. Fixing mobile home. General tasks are strimming, weeding pathways, trimming hedges, clearing garden shed, washing windows. So if you think you have the skills to suit then contact us.

Looking for people to join our family for a while to share stories and skills. I work as a holistic therapist locally, I'm just expanding my business as a Jungian based Creative Practitioner.
We like to eat simply & healthy, i.e. non-processed foods (we're not vegetarian). I use homeopathy and herbal remedies rather than allopathic medicines. Always happy to chat and share about these topics and much more.
The local area is actively alternative, interesting people in the community with a local Steiner Waldorf school nearby (that the children attended), yoga studios, farmers markets, and many interesting local events depending on the time of year.
Also, there is a sailing club 5km away, plus swimming and canoeing on the lake..
So, if you are interested in any of the above we will have things in common with one another, to share and learn.Help

Workawayers will have a large cosy open-plan mobile home to themselves. With beautiful view over of the lake and country side (and sunrise). Mobile home has one bright sunny bedroom with a double futon bed. There is also couch sleeping space in the main section of the mobile, as can be seen from pictures
Mobile is adjacent to our house.
Usual utilities- fridge, cooker, hot running water, shower and toilet. Workaways can have breakfast in the mobile home, taking lunch or dinner with the family depending on the schedule of the day. What else ...
This is a country area, there is a local link bus service, that passes closes by 2-3 times a day to local villages, both about 9km away, otherwise you will get around by foot or bicycle.
Beautiful lakeshore 1 km from the house and a forest walk. Canoe, kayak and bicycles are available for use.
Non smokers only.
Because I work outside the home I like for my workawayers to be mature enough to enjoy their own company and able to motivate themselves. It helps if you have lived away from home already and are able to cook meals for yourself. Usually 23yrs plus.A little more information
