Description
We are a family-run guesthouse. All family members are involved in daily life and work.
Some of us take care of the guesthouse and cooking, others help with hosting guests and daily tasks.
We also organize horse riding tours to Son-Kul Lake, and family members help with horses, guiding, and logistics. Horses are an important part of our culture, and we are happy to share this experience.
Sometimes we work with local people from the village, for example with horses or guest services. This helps support the local community and keeps everything authentic and sustainable.
We work together as a team, and volunteers are treated as part of our family while staying with us.

Help
We are looking for volunteers to help us with the daily running of our guesthouse. The help is not difficult, but it is important and helps us a lot.
Main tasks include:
Cleaning guest rooms and common areas
Helping to answer guest questions using our work phone (messages, calls, bookings)
Taking reservations and communicating with guests politely and clearly
Most of the tasks are done together with us, especially at the beginning. We are happy to explain everything and support volunteers while they learn. There is also an opportunity to exchange skills, especially in communication with guests, hospitality, and basic tourism work.

We also provide daily meals. Volunteers eat together with our family and enjoy home-cooked local food. This is an important part of cultural exchange, where we share meals, conversations, and traditions.
If we go on trips or outdoor activities, we make sure that volunteers have proper food and basic necessities.
We want our volunteers to feel comfortable, respected, and at home during their stay with us.

In their free time, volunteers can enjoy nature and outdoor activities. Our area is perfect for walking, hiking, photography, relaxing, and spending time in fresh mountain air. Horse riding may also be possible, depending on the season and daily plans.
The village life is simple and quiet. We usually wake up early and follow a natural daily rhythm. We kindly ask volunteers to respect our home, family routines, and local traditions. Cleanliness, honesty, and mutual respect are very important to us.
Public transport is limited in our area, as we are in a rural village. Most places are reachable by walking, and sometimes we can help with local transport when needed.
