I am a catholic and an ex seminarian who previously worked with a charity helping hydrocephalus patients get operated in a local hospital in Uganda. And since the charity i was working for was linked to a political group they didnt contine helping the patients when they lost the political office , i therefore moved back to Mbale where my home is but due to a lot of loitering children who are not school going, i decided to give a hand using my little resources i earn through the sales and marketing job i am currently doing. I wanted to see children go to school, but i discovered i couldnt do it single handed, thats the reason i decided to skill their mothers (the widows) to help handle some basics and also to help this chikdren debelop talents ro create a change in their lives, This gave birth to a charity organization supporting orpahns and vulnerable children, widows leave a better life with skills imparted at the project and also support to the HIV /AIDs patients counselling and help. We have currently trained the widows on hands on skills to help them work and get basics for their homes.

They will learn the African culture, How to handle and help the needy in poor homes and also make new friends . we impart knowledge to the travellers too.
Work together to impart skills to the orphans and widows. This includes training the orphans in sports and hand craft making, we also developing them in technical skills like repairs of vehicles and wood work , also the widows will will be trained on modern agriculture technics and making and packing of foods for sale as an income generating activity for the organization.
They will stay in a family house with deckers and inbuilt bathroom and toilet and there is also an external toilet plus a good green environment for interaction , plus a fire place .
We offer food mainily vegetables and African dishes which the volunteer will have to get used to. Chicken , fish will be had occasionally , but we offer break tea, lunch and supper all in standard intervals.
On free time , we can take you touring beautiful mountains - Wanale, sipi falls and game reserve drives and village works as we interact with the community.
