Our Organization is voluntary and non-profit making organization striving for the best interest of Tanzanian community. The organization strives for equal benefit in social services provision for girls, youth and women to ensure equal treatment and participation of people in community and equitable access to control the benefits of resources to all.
Girls and women face multiple challenges such as early pregnancies, denial to right to education, gender violence, lack of reproductive health education, school dropouts and absenteeism, HIV/AIDS, malnutrition, ownership of properties such as land and leadership opportunities and decision making in Tanzania.
What We Do?
i. Provision of reproductive health education to girls and women
ii. Provision of free sanitary pads, school bags, books to girls students from low income families
iii. Provision of menstrual cycle education and early pregnancies
iv. Creation of awareness on the causes, impacts and prevention of HIV/AIDS and other related sexual transmitted
v. Paying School fees for girls from low income families
vi. Economic empowerment training to girls and women; to establish and manage small profitable projects
vii. Community mobilization, sensitization, training and Counseling.
We work particularly in schools helping girls reach their dreams and rural areas helping women in groups to discover and utilize opportunities in their areas to improve their economic status .
We guarantee safety to volunteers since Tanzania is a peaceful country and our staff are dedicated to host all volunteers dearly.
Our hosting capacity is 5 - 10 individuals.
our headquarters are located in Iringa region (Southern Highlands of Tanzania). There is cool climatic condition with average temperature of 19.5C. The region has various attractive features like Ruaha National Park, Isimila Stone Age site, Kalenga Museum, Iringa Boma, Maasai Market few to mention. Apart from helping us in our activities, our volunteers will get opportunity to visit those areas.
The Foundation warmly welcomes volunteers from allover the world to come and work, help and share with us experiences in ensuring that Girls and Women enjoy equal balances in the society.
Volunteers will be under the organization, under the management of the director.
I and my staff prefer privacy and commitment, we are tolerant to new behaviors, trustful and respectful. Organization staff are ready to be with workawayers for 15 hours per day. We would prefer a non-smoker but will allow smoking outside as long as you put your butts in the bin provided/around. We don't prefer drug takers and excessive drinking.
Evening walks, watching movies and reading books are my hobbies as well as humanitarian activities being my favorite activity.

We are in need of workawayers who can Provide entrepreneurial training to girls and women self-groups in rural areas, Train girls on Reproductive Health Education, Train organization staff on project monitoring and evaluation, Train project beneficiaries on project innovations, establishment and management, Teaching students English Language skills, Train girls and women life skills and playing with kids, little taking care of animal pets.
Our organization is striving to ensure women and girls get equal chances in the society. But our human labour capacity is limited, therefore we invite volunteers to help us in promoting social balances.

Stay with local family in your private room with double bed and private bathroom.
No fees is charged for food and accommodation and fees for volunteering in our organization.
Local and foreign food are accessible in the town. American, Spanish, French, Italian and local food are commonly accessible in nearby Hast Tast, Clock Tower, Mama Iringa Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant, International Boma Café, Sai Villa Hotel.
In their time off our volunteers will get an opportunity to visit Isimila Stone Age, Ruaha National Park, Kalenga Museum, visit traditional dances sites, and zoos as well have evening walks to supermarkets, shops, coffee restaurants. Transport systems in Tanzania includes both tarmac and rough roads commonly (therefore cars transport is common). Though air transport is available in some regions.
NB: June - December are very good months to live and work with us because during these month there is no rain and easy to visit national parks.
