Description
Hi we are a European couple (Anglo-Italian and French) who have been living in various countries in southern Africa for the best part of the last 20 year. We have two sons one of whom is an avid workawayer.

We are happy to show you around Dar and share our experiences of living in Africa
Help
We recently move to Dar es Salaam and we are looking for someone to look after Waffles and Caramel - our two girls (cocker spaniels) - while we are away in Europe for just 2-3 weeks in the last few weeks of September / early October. Ideally we would overlap for a week before we leave so we can show you the ropes. Should genuinely love dogs and spending time with them. You would need to walk, groom, and feed them. If you have previous experience in training dogs that would be an advantage. They are well behaved and will respond to simple commands but can at times pull on the lease while walking then they get excited. We live in a lovely flat but you will need to be independent as you will be on your own. As we will not be able to provide food for you - at least while we are away - we will pay you for your services.

Accommodation
We live in a 4 bedroom flat on a beautiful compound with swimming pool and gym on site. You will have you own room and private bathroom and access to the rest of the flat as you will be alone (except for the dogs or course). You should be able to cook your own food but food delivery works very well in Dar and there are a number of restaurants nearby.
What else ...
You are close to Coco beach (surf spot) and the Masaki peninsular, which is where many of the best restaurants and bars are located. There is much to do in Dar and Uber works well.
