  Description

  We are a small family of three (in our 30s and a three-year-old) with an international background. We also have two cats and seven hens.
  
  We have lived in several places, mostly in Europe and North America, and have recently settled down in Northeast Tennessee. We were Airbnb hosts when we were in California. For those of you who work remotely, we have fast fiber-optic internet connection!
  
  We live in a quiet neighborhood with a rural feel, and we are within less than 30 minutes drive to the nearest cities (Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol). The area offers good outdoor activities, with the Appalachian trail within an hour drive.
  
  We follow the ketogenic diet.
