Looking for someone experienced in using hand tools such as drills, saws, etc. Ideally, someone who can assist with some heavy lifting and is comfortable working in a large outdoor space. Having an artistic background or an education in architecture would be a perfect addition.

Maintaining a strong work discipline is essential; the workshop must remain organized, and the workspace should be kept clean. Tools used should always be returned to their designated places.
