Description
We are a community of Peruvians who share our life in a sacred place: a shamanic temple and a family ecological garden located in Pachacamac, Lima. Here, we carry out ceremonies with ancestral medicines such as Ayahuasca, Wachuma, Coca, Tabaco and Temazcal, following the guidelines of the grandparents of the Condor Nation (South America) and the Eagle Nation (North America). Our community extends over a beautiful hectare of vegetation, imbued with magic and peace, just an hour away from Lima. The volunteering that we offer is a experiencie aimed at those who have traveled a path of healing through the ancestral use of sacred plants and wish to delve into the ancestral knowledge of the original peoples of America. For those new to rituals with sacred plants, we offer a 10-day retreat once a month, before you start volunteering. We speak Spanish, English and a little French.

Somos una comunidad de peruanos que compartimos nuestra vida en un lugar sagrado: un templo chamánico y una huerta ecológica familiar ubicados en Pachacamac, Lima. Aquí, llevamos a cabo ceremonias con medicinas ancestrales como Ayahuasca, Wachuma, Coca, Tabaco y Temazcal, siguiendo los lineamientos de los abuelos de la nación del Cóndor (suramerica) y de la nación del Águila (norteamérica). Nuestra comunidad se extiende en una hermosa hectárea de vegetación, impregnada de magia y paz, a tan solo una hora de distancia de Lima.
El voluntariado que ofrecemos es una experiencia dirigida a aquellos que han recorrido un camino de sanación a través del uso ancestral de plantas sagradas y desean profundizar en el conocimiento ancestral de los pueblos originarios de América. Para aquellos sin experiencia en rituales con plantas sagradas, ofrecemos un retiro de 10 días una vez al mes, antes de que inicien su voluntariado.
Hablamos español, inglés y un poco de francés.

By joining us, travelers have the opportunity to immerse themselves in self-knowledge and the spiritual path through coexistence in a shamanic temple, where ancestral rituals and ceremonies with master plants are carried out. In addition, the farm and the work on the land provide valuable experience in permaculture, animal care and various maintenance tasks. Volunteers participate in the ceremonies and rituals at the same price as the locals.

Al unirse a nosotros, los viajeros tienen la oportunidad de sumergirse en el autoconocimiento y el camino espiritual a través de la convivencia en un templo chamánico, donde se llevan a cabo rituales ancestrales y ceremonias con plantas maestras. Además, la finca y el trabajo en la tierra brindan una valiosa experiencia en permacultura, cuidado de animales y diversas tareas de mantenimiento. Los voluntarios participan de las ceremonias y rituales al mismo precio que los locales.

We need help with agricultural work: we have two orchards and many fruit trees that need constant monitoring. We are also very interested in receiving people with experience in gardening and landscaping. We need help in construction, renovation, repair: we need people with knowledge in the use of tools, carpentry, bioconstruction. We have several projects in which you can get involved to learn and share knowledge. We need help for the ceremonies: cleaning and preparing the tipi and inipi (sweat lodge), splitting and preparing firewood, collecting and preparing medicinal plants, We are looking for people with the ability to paint murals related to medicinal plants and ancestral rituals. The deal is the exchange of 5 hours of work per day for 5 days a week for lodging and food. Food preparation is done by one of the volunteers in coordination with the others.

Necesitamos ayuda en el trabajo agrícola: contamos con dos huertas y muchos árboles frutales que necesitan constante monitoreo. También estamos muy interesados en recibir personas con experiencia en jardinería y paisajismo.
Necesitamos ayuda en construcción, renovación, reparación: se necesita personas con conocimientos en uso de herramientas, carpintería, bioconstrucción. Tenemos varios proyectos en los cuales pueden involucrarse para aprender y compartir conocimientos
Necesitamos ayuda para las ceremonias: limpieza y preparación del tipi e inipi (cabaña de sudor), rajado y preparación de leña, recolección y preparación de plantas medicinales,
Buscamos personas con la capacidad de pintar murales relacionados a las plantas medicinales y los rituales ancestrales.
El trato es el intercambio de 5 horas de trabajo por día durante 5 días de la semana por hospedaje y alimentación. La preparación de los alimentos lo realiza uno de los voluntarios en coordinación con los demás.

We are located in Pachacamac, a coastal valley with archaeological sites and museums. It is the most important Inca temple on the Peruvian coast. In addition, we offer the possibility of hiking, cycling and enjoying the nearby beaches for bathing or fishing. You will also find markets, shops and swimming pools in the vicinity. We highly value community life and sharing with people. Due to our various responsibilities, it is possible that we are absent at specific times during the week, for which we ask for trust and we appreciate the guidance of Benigno, our manager, in daily tasks. In our volunteering, we mainly seek active participation in caring for nature and in all activities that promote a new way of conscious living. We especially value skills such as tool management, carpentry, construction, agriculture, and cooking. We also welcome people with other knowledge, such as yoga and reiki, as long as they participate in the 10-day retreat that we run monthly. During those 10 days, you will be able to approach the spiritual path that we share, closely linked to daily activities on earth. After this retreat, they will be able to join the volunteer service, which has a minimum duration of 21 days, including the 10 days of retreat.

Estamos ubicados en Pachacamac, un valle costero con sitios arqueológicos y museos. Es el templo Inca más importante de la costa peruana. Además, ofrecemos la posibilidad de realizar caminatas, paseos en bicicleta y disfrutar de las playas cercanas para bañarse o pescar. También encontrarás mercados, tiendas y piscinas en las proximidades. Valoramos mucho la vida comunitaria y compartir con las personas. Debido a nuestras diversas responsabilidades, es posible que nos ausentemos en momentos puntuales durante la semana, por lo que pedimos confianza y agradecemos la guía de Benigno, nuestro encargado, en las labores diarias.
En nuestro voluntariado, buscamos principalmente la participación activa en el cuidado de la naturaleza y en todas las actividades que promueven una nueva forma de vida consciente. Valoramos especialmente habilidades como el manejo de herramientas, carpintería, construcción, agricultura y cocina. También damos la bienvenida a personas con otros conocimientos, como yoga y reiki, siempre y cuando participen en el retiro de 10 días que realizamos mensualmente. Durante esos 10 días, podrán acercarse al camino espiritual que compartimos, estrechamente vinculado con las actividades diarias en la tierra. Después de este retiro, podrán integrarse al voluntariado, que tiene una duración mínima de 21 días, incluyendo los 10 días de retiro.
