We run a small and unique gourmet restaurant on the beach. Our philosophy is that food should be as close to its natural state as possible and we use no processed foods. We buy our produce from the local shops and markets and use olive oil from a small producer. This is a family business and we don't employ chefs but do all the cooking ourselves. The tastes we strive for are those we have grown up with. The surroundings are equally natural, with simple wooden furniture and lots of beach! We have featured in the national media and guide books.

Gumusluk is an ideal place to experience the relaxed, informal and friendly Turkish way of life. There is a good mix of locals and tourists (Turkish and foreign) and as it is a small village, it's easy to get to know people. You will, of course, gain amazing insight into Turkish cuisine and hospitality at our restaurant where the atmosphere is more of a lively home than a business. You are also likely to find yourself chatting to our guests. The owner loves to tell everyone who is interested all she knows about Turkey. The famous sites of Ephesus and Pamukkale can be visited by one night stay.
