Description
Enjoy time on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia. My small family live on an acre on the edge of the hinterland in Verrierdale, 12 minutes from Noosaville, 12 mins from beautiful Perigian Beach and 5 minutes from the famous Eumundi markets. We were avid travelers in our youth and welcome the opportunity to support your journey in comfort and with a smile.

Noosa is a very popular holiday destination in Australia and is very difficult to find accomodation. This exchange could be exactly what you're looking for. There is so much to do around here including swimming, kayaking, hiking and lots of eating!

Help
We have a large garden that threatens to get away from us plus some handyman projects that would welcome carpentry and/or painting skills. The garden requires weeding, some mulching, occasional planting etc plus some fence staining. Our deck needs some boards replacing and the outside stairs are in need of repair if you have the skills. There is a gutter outside that needs a repair also for anyone who has the knowledge. We have repainted all the house bar three rooms if you have those skills.

We have a self contained unit downstairs suitable for two people. Seperate bedroom, bathroom, lounge room and kitchenette.

Honestly, there is so much to do and see here. The best markets and beaches, lake Weyba, the Noosaville river and restaurants, hinterland walks, national park beach walks, so much food and restaurant life, Australia zoo, waterfalls and so much more.
