Some help with my kid, animals and house for summer in Firenze, Italy

  Ours is a single-parent family.
  Sara works as property manager, Ester (born 2014) goes to school.
  we live in the Chianti area 15km out of Florence on the way to Siena.
  
  We live in a country house with a little garden with our dogs Cali and Vida, 4 cats, 2 Chickens & a Rooster. we love music and parties, good food and friends.

  We would like to host someone who enjoys country and nature, we will need some help with keeping Ester when we work, a little cooking and (very) little houseworks (vacuum cleaning and things like this) - some help with dogs keeping.
  After becoming confident with my house and animals we'll need some help in keeping them while we are on vacation (10 days)
