    Description

Experience small Mexican town living. This is good for a couple with 2 children and the weary traveler. You will be there on your own. Need someone to house sit and clean my parents home in a quiet small town in the Altos de Jalisco region. Town is called Pegueros. Peaceful living. You can take long walks throughout the town and can take a walk in the back of town that leads to many farms . You have two room available in the bottom half of the house. One bathroom. There are a lot of “ “cenadurias “ where you can eat out in the afternoons. There is a cafe bar in the center with a nice atmosphere and Christina the bar tender/owner welcomes you with a great smile and makes some great drinks.

Please read below of list of work needed from you.
town 1 hour drive from Guadalajara and is 15 minutes from Tepatitlan which is a bigger town almost like city where there are nightclubs shopping food market (make sure you try the “choco mil” shake ) a bigger social atmosphere. Yet it still holds its old values like mid day siestas! Can catch the bus many hours of the day or a taxi that is in town as well.
    Town people are very friendly.
** please be aware that I have a big family and in a family emergency we fly into town and occupy the bedrooms. You can still have your own room but may have to move to upstairs patio bedroom. **

This is an opportunity for you to rest for the weary traveler Might be tough if your on the move a lot and like to party this is a peaceful town. Days may seem long.
Great for families with a kid or two. Teens also can walk around the town safely.
The townspeople are very hard working and many work in their farms around he town and youth go off to schools many in college in Tepatitlan or work there .

Need help with deep cleaning the house. Sweeping and mopping upstairs
Sweep and mop, stairway and downstairs. This Needs to be repeated as house gets dusty daily.
Wipe down furniture and window sills as well
Clean spiders webs along windows and doors
Walk to farm on edge of town and clip huge weeds on half built home next to town cemetery

Need the house to be occupied and being discreet about it. Absolutely no drugs -no marijuana- around the house and do not invite that type of atmosphere there by buying it ! With the drug situation in Mexico we do not want to attract that atmosphere especially in this neighborhood where residents know each other. Need help dusting the house. Sweep and mop upstairs and downstairs. Sweep and mop clean windows in the front porch as well.
Clean windows Wash the dishes sweep and mop stairs. might be dusty when you arrive And that’s what we need help with cleaning. Might seem like a lot but you can do this at your own pace while you are there. Planning to rent the rooms. And I would like your opinion of your stay there. Clean the rooms and if it rents need you to wash sheets and towels.
