Good morning,
My name is Laurent.
I live in a peaceful house, with sea view.
In the garden there are fruit trees: bananas, papayas, coconuts, soursop, etc ... as well as chickens and ducks.
I am a vegetarian but I eat fish and sometimes eggs. I practice intermittent fasting. I live as healthily as possible.
I'm a convivial loner.
I am interested in all that is authentic and useful.
I have many interests, including Nature, surfing, scuba diving, sailing, hinking, great music, cello, food and wine, personal development, yoga, etc...
For several years I have been moving towards self-sufficiency, energy (solar panels) and food (permaculture, hydroponics).
I have an apartment that I rent out or share depending on the season, and I need to renovate 2 other apartments on my property. I also import and resell equipment, and offer training in oenology, sommellerie and personal development.

2024 - I'm looking for help to lay 60x60 porcelain stoneware tiles, I have all the professional equipment to lay them. I know how to do it, but it's easier with several people, given the size of the tiles!

Si vous savez bien jouer du violoncelle, je veux bien quelques cours ! J'ai un violoncelle qui s'ennuie à la maison :-))
2024 - Je vais rechercher de l'aide pour la pose de carrelage en 60x60 en grès cérame, j'ai tout le matos pro pour la pose. Je sais faire, mais à plusieurs, c'est plus facile vu la taille du carrelage !

Accommodation
You will have a private room (my daughter's room who is not there at the moment). With a large Queen bed in 1,60m comfortable. That's why I will accept only women. If 2 workaway, they will have to share the bed.
From the house there is a wonderful sea and mountain view.
The house is in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac, 200 meters from the beach and the town centre.

Vous aurez une chambre privée (la chambre de ma fille qui n'est pas là pour le moment). Avec un grand lit Queen bed en 1,60m confortable. C'est pour cela que je n'accepte que des femmes pour occuper la chambre de ma fille, une histoire d'énergie ! Si vous êtes 2 femmes, vous devrez partager le même lit.
De la maison, il y a une magnifique vue sur la mer et la montagne.
La maison est dans une impasse calme et sûre, à 200 mètres de la plage et du centre ville.

The house is on the edge of the forest, 200m from the town center and the beach.
There are buses (don't be in a hurry) except on Sundays.
Many things to discover: mountain hikes, waterfalls, hot bath in the sea (40°c), beautiful beaches, Malenture dive site nearby (15' by car)... With only a mask and a snorkel, you see lots of fish, corals and turtles.
there are so many things to do when you love nature.
If your goal is to party, I suggest you find a host on Grande Terre, in GOSIER.

La maison est à la lisière de la forêt, à 200m du centre ville et de la plage.
Il y a des bus (ne pas être pressé) sauf le dimanche.
Beaucoup de choses à découvrir : randonnées en montagne, cascades, bain chaud en mer (40°c), belles plages, site de plongée de Malenture à proximité (15' en voiture) ... Avec seulement un masque et un tuba, vous verrez beaucoup de poissons, de coraux et de tortues.
il y a énormément de choses à faire quand on aime la nature.
Si votre objectif est de faire la fête, je vous suggère de trouver un hôte sur Grande Terre, au GOSIER.
