Description
Hello! My name is Francesca, I work in the tourism sector and I live in the countryside 21 kilometers from Florence, 4 from the town of Pontassieve. I live, by choice, a 500sqm farmhouse, and I share it with my son Oliviero, communication designer.
The house surrounded by nature, in contact with everything that entails, you can see from the bedroom window a group of roe deer grazing, wild boars that eat everything they find undisturbed, hear all sorts of day and night birds, enjoy clean air , follow the flight of the countless butterflies, the summer nights are illuminated by starry skies and fireflies, the coolness of summer and the heat of the fire in winter, all surrounded by olive trees, woods and vineyards. The house offers three floors, each floor has its own bathroom, there are 7 bedrooms, 2 of which are occupied by us, 2 kitchens and lots and lots of space inside and out to relax by reading or sunbathing. In the family Oliviero speaks English correctly, I speak French correctly. Anyone who comes to us for an exchange must know that there is no public transport that serves the house, so either you have a valid driving license, there may be a car available, or you can take advantage of the passages of those who get in or out of the house.
Ciao! mi chiamo Francesca, svolgo un lavoro nel settore del turismo e vivo in campagna a 21 chilometri da Firenze, 4 dal paese di Pontassieve.
Vivo, per scelta, una casa colonica di 500mq, e la divido con mio figlio Oliviero.
La casa immersa nella natura, a contatto con tutto ciò che comporta, puoi vedere dalla finestra di camera un gruppo di caprioli al pascolo, cinghiali che mangiano indisturbati tutto quello che trovano, sentire ogni sorta di uccello diurno e notturno, godere dell'aria pulita, seguire il volo delle innumerevoli farfalle, le notti d'estate sono illuminate da cieli stellati e lucciole, il fresco d'estate ed il caldo del fuoco d'inverno, il tutto contornato da olivi, bosco e vigneti.
La casa offre tre piani, ogni piano è fornito di proprio bagno, ci sono a disposizione 7 camere da letto, di cui 2 occupate da noi, 2 cucine e tanto, tanto spazio dentro e fuori per rilassarsi leggendo o prendendo il sole.
In famiglia Oliviero parla correttamente l'inglese, io correttamente il francese.
Chi dovesse venire da noi per uno scambio, deve sapere che non esistono mezzi pubblici che servono la casa, quindi o si possiede una patente valida, a disposizione ci può essere un'auto, o si sfruttano i passaggi di chi sale o scende dalla casa.

What we mainly seek is the exchange with new cultures. In exchange for room and board we ask for domestic help, in the garden, exchange of culinary culture, intelligent company, beautiful cultural chats, visits to our beautiful Tuscany, sharing our parties with friends who, in good weather, are always numerous.
Quello che cerchiamo principalmente è lo scambio con nuove culture. In cambio di vitto ed alloggio chiediamo aiuto domestico, in giardino, scambio di cultura culinaria, compagnia intelligente, belle chiacchierate culturali, visite nella nostra bella Toscana, condividere le nostre feste con gli amici che, con il bel tempo, sono sempre numerose.

The house is 21 km from Florence center. There is no public transport available, but the solution to get around is always found, just agree. In Pontassieve there are all the services of a large city, bank, post office, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, sports facilities, gyms, etc., buses and the train that take you to the center of Florence in 15/20 minutes. From Florence by train or bus you can reach all the other art cities of Tuscany.
La casa dista 21 km da Firenze centro. Non ci sono mezzi pubblici a disposizione, ma la soluzione per spostarsi si trova sempre, basta mettersi d'accordo.
A Pontassieve ci sono tutti i servizi di una grande città, banca, posta, supermercati, negozi, farmacie, impianti sportivi, palestre ecc, bus ed il treno che in 15/20 minuti ti portano al centro di Firenze.
Da Firenze con il treno od il bus puoi raggiungere tutte le altre citta' d'arte della Toscana.

Per raggiungere la casa ci sono 800mt di strada nel bosco, percorribili con auto e camper, bisogna solo esplorare prima il percorso a piedi per evitare gli ostacoli derivati dai rami degli alberi. Davanti la casa c'e' un piazzale dove poter parcheggiare il camper fornito di acqua e corrente.
