    Description

you're not just helping out — you're becoming part of the crew.

We’re a small mix of locals and internationals, and it's always a bit of a family vibe here. Friends swing by, someone’s usually on the grill, music's playing, and there’s always a random game or project happening. It's never too serious — just good energy and people doing cool stuff together.

The space itself is kind of a hidden gem — right by the water, surrounded by trees, with loads of room to chill, kick a ball around, or just enjoy the fresh air.

If you're into laid-back vibes, meeting new people, and being part of something fun and different in Berlin, you’re gonna love it here.

One of the best parts of being here is the community vibe — you won’t just be working, you’ll be part of a social and creative crew. We often hang out after matches with music, food, and good convos. Whether it's joining a BBQ, watching the Champions League together, or jumping into a last-minute volleyball match, there’s always a chance to connect with our team and the locals who hang around the space.

We’re happy to share what we know — from how to run sports & event spaces, to how to organize leagues and build local communities through football and fun. If you're interested in anything from sports management to hospitality, social media, or hands-on work like maintenance or event setup, you’ll pick up real-world skills here.

At the same time, we love learning from people who join us — hearing new perspectives, discovering different cultures, and creating an international mix that keeps the place full of good energy!

We’re looking for flexible, hands-on people who enjoy working in a fun and dynamic environment. Your tasks will depend on your skills and interests, but can include:

-Helping out at the bar during events and matchdays (serving drinks, prepping snacks, setting the vibe)
-Supporting our sports team — helping organize football or beachvolleyball sessions, setting up pitches, joining training sessions, or just keeping the good energy flowing
-Maintenance & setup — think cleaning, small construction jobs, taking care of the grass, lights, sound system, etc.

No two days are exactly the same — sometimes it’s active, sometimes chill, but always part of a good community vibe 🙌

    What you get 🏡💸
    - A cozy Tiny House to stay in (on-site!)
    - Access to all our sports sessions & events
    - A small wage of 10€ per hour (depending on experience & hours worked)
    - Occasional team dinners, hangouts, and a real Berlin-local experience!

We’re chill, but committed — so if you're motivated, social, and open to learning new things, we’d love to have you on board!

    🏡 Your Stay here

You’ll be staying in one of our cozy container homes right on-site — it’s a simple, comfortable setup where you’ve got everything you need to feel at home.

    Each container comes with:
🛏️ A mattress (we can also provide a desk or small workspace if needed)
🚿 Access to shared bathroom facilities on-site
🍳 A fully equipped kitchen area available for your use
🌳 Outdoor chill areas where you can relax between sessions

It’s not luxury, but it’s a great vibe — you’re just steps away from the pitches, surrounded by nature, and part of a laid-back, community-driven environment. Whether you're waking up to a sunrise over the grass or grabbing a snack after a game, everything is right where you need it.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

    On Your Days Off:
Berlin is full of things to explore, and when you're not helping out here, you're free to enjoy the city however you like! We're located in the southeast of Berlin, close to the Spree river — a peaceful area with plenty of nature, perfect for walks, bike rides, or just relaxing outside.

    Getting around is pretty easy:
    - There's public transport (S-Bahn, bus) nearby that can get you into the city center
-Whether you want to visit museums, cafes, flea markets, or just dive into Berlin’s street culture — there’s always something happening.

A Few House Rules & How We Roll:
-We're laid-back and flexible, but we do value respect and a sense of community. So here's what we ask:
-Clean up after yourself (especially in shared spaces like the kitchen & bathroom)
-Be mindful of noise during quiet hours
-Be open to communicating — we like to keep things friendly and clear
-Treat the space like it’s your own 😊

We live pretty socially — music, football, and spontaneous gatherings are part of the vibe — but we also appreciate balance and alone time. We want you to feel at home while you're here!
