Description
Hello! My name is Briana, I currently live in Murnau am Staffelsee, a beautiful Bavarian town near Garmisch-Partenkirchen, surrounded by lakes, mountains, and hiking trails.
Right now it just me and the puppers, Eli and Wyatt. I am in a program that will require me to travel for extensive periods over the next year, and am looking for someone to help with daily cleaning, daily dog walking and care, and light yard/garden maintenance. If you are good and cooking and can make evening meals that is a bonus. You would be wholly responsible for the dogs and homecare during the periods when I would be traveling.Types of help and learning opportunities

My home is in Murnau am Staffelsee, a Bavarian town surrounded by lakes, mountains, and hiking trails. Perfect for nature lovers. It is close to Garmisch (30 minutes by car/train) and Munich is about a 45 minutes to a hour away, depending on where you want to go.
I haven't lived here long, but they say that Murnau has a vibrant art scene, known as the “Blue Land” because of artists like Kandinsky and they say that each year there are festivals, art nights, and cultural weeks with live music, performances, and exhibitions. It is not a big city though, so if that is what you are after, this wouldn't fit the bill.
From what I can tell the area is calm and safe, with plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, and swimming. I live up against a road that leads to the hospital, so there are often ambulances and helicopters. But I haven't found it too bad. During the winter it would be possible to go skiing and winter sports in Garmisch, you can get there via public transport, but it would be easier if you had your own vehicle.
There are fields and lakes nearby for walking, thankfully as the dogs love walking over there.Help
I’m looking for someone to help keep my home running smoothly while I’m working or traveling.
The main tasks include: daily cleaning and general housework, walking the two dogs (Eli and Wyatt), including picking up after them, and some light gardening and yard maintenance such as mowing, pulling weeds, and keeping the outdoor space tidy.Languages

I am a native English speaker, who is various stages of learning Russian, Latvian, German and Korean. While work keeps me busy, we can most definitely talk and work on some aspects of English.Accommodation
You will have your own private room. The kitchen, living areas, and bathroom are shared. My house is within walking distance to a hospital and public transit. Food is not provided, so you would be responsible for your own meals, but you are welcome to use the kitchen. If you have experience cooking, we can make some arrangement for providing food for dinner in exchange for meal preparation for dinners.
What else ...
I have recently moved into this house and am still waiting for my main furniture shipment from the United States. At the moment we have all necessary furniture to live (beds, tables, chairs), but there is more to come (comfy couches etc). I will update the photos once my permanent furniture. Best way to contact me is by WhatsApp at the number provided.
