Description
Hey Workawayers! We live in the community of Santa Isabel, an hour and a half from the city of Cochabamba, Bolivia, surrounded by lush green landscapes and abundant nature, with nearby rivers and lagoons—the perfect place to reconnect with nature. We dream of creating a sustainable place to live. We raise trout to sell in our restaurant, and we're currently fixing up a house for volunteers. We could really use some help with remodeling, painting, cleaning, and creating organic gardens. Will you help us?
Our team currently consists of:
Jose Luis - responsible for the trout farm and restaurant
Rodrigo - in charge of the exchange program and technical support
Roxana - food preparation and service
Marvin - kitchen support

Que tal workawayers!!! vivimos en la comunidad de Santa Isabel, a una hora y media de la ciudad de Cochabamba Bolivia, rodeado de paisajes verdes y abundante naturaleza, ríos y lagunas cercanas, el mejor lugar para reconectar con la tierra. Tenemos el sueño de crear un lugar sustentable para vivir, nos dedicamos a la crianza de truchas para su venta en nuestro restaurante, actualmente nos encontramos adecuando una casita para voluntarios, nos caería bien algo de ayuda en remodelación, pintura, limpieza y creación de huertos orgánicos, nos ayudas?

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
The workaway participants can give talks at the community school, to eleven children between the ages of 4 and 11. The family also gets together on certain days to play basketball or soccer. We are eager to share our lifestyle, our return to nature. We are currently learning about bioconstruction, or building with natural materials and renewable energy. We share all our knowledge in these areas, and we are still learning through practice. We want to share our knowledge with everyone; a different perspective is always welcome and enriches the collective experience. The idea is to return to nature, to reconnect.

Los workawayers pueden brindar charlas en la escuela de la comunidad, once niños entre los 4 y 11 años de edad. También la familia se reúne ciertos días para jugar basquet o futbol
Estamos ansiosos de compartir nuestro estilo de vida, de volver a lo natural, actualmente estamos aprendiendo sobre la bioconstrucción o construcción con materiales naturales y energías renovables, brindamos todo el conocimiento en estas áreas, en la práctica nos encontramos aprendiendo.
Queremos compartir saberes con todos, siempre un punto de vista diferente cae bien y nutre el tejido universal, la idea es volver a lo natural, volver a conectar
Help
There are various activities to choose from, depending on the Workawayer's interests, talents, and goals. Activities at the trout farm include feeding, gardening, and cleaning. At the volunteer house, tasks include maintenance, cleaning, painting, and creating organic gardens. Activities are agreed upon by both parties based on the Workawayer's interests and abilities.

Accommodation
At the volunteer house, we have all the basic amenities: electricity, water, a bathroom, hot showers, a kitchen, and basic internet. Rooms can be single or shared, depending on availability. As for food, we provide the supplies weekly, and the volunteers organize themselves to prepare our meals. We try to sample dishes from different cooks, learning about typical dishes from other countries.

En la casa de voluntarios contamos con todos los servicios básicos, luz, agua, baño, ducha caliente, cocina, internet básico, la habitación puede ser individual o compartida según disponibilidad. En cuanto a la comida, semanalmente proporcionamos los insumos y entre los voluntarios nos organizamos para la preparación de nuestros alimentos, tratamos de probar de todas las manos, así aprendemos platos típicos de otros países
What else ...
There are nearby places and walks; In your free time you can take a trip to the river, or Laguna Esperanza, or even the fish farm itself, which has beautiful views. At home we can also have jamming sessions or improvised music. We are trying to create routines for practicing capoeira; you are welcome to join us.
Existen lugares y paseos cercanos, en el tiempo libre pueden darse una escapada al río, o a laguna esperanza o al mismo criadero, que tiene unas hermosas vistas, en la casa igual podemos hacer sesiones de Jamming o música improvisada, estamos tratando de crear rutinas para realizar capoeira, bienvenidos a sumarse
