Description
The house is an old Mallorcan farm, which was formerly used for cattle and cereal planting. Currently it is a private hunting ground, with which, you cannot walk through the forest that surrounds the house. It is a rescue house for cats and hunting dogs. I am a very active and perfectionist girl, so I like to do many things to improve the time we are here. I am very tidy, clean and there is a lot of organization at home despite the fact that sometimes there are more than 10 animals. I'm a virgin!
La casa es una antigua finca mallorquina, que se utilizaba antiguamente para ganado y plantación de cereal. Actualmente es un coto privado de caza, con lo cual , no se puede andar por el bosque que rodea la casa.
Es una casa de rescate de gatos y perros de caza.
Soy una chica muy activa y perfeccionista , así que me gusta hacer muchas cosas para mejorar el tiempo que estemos aqui .
Soy muy ordenada , limpia y hay bastante organización en casa a pesar de que a veces hay mas de 10 animales. Soy virgo!

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THEY ARE INTERESTED IN OR AT LEAST LIKE ANIMALS SINCE THERE ARE ALWAYS HOSTING DOGS AND CATS, THEY NEED MEDICATION AND PRIMARY CARE BECAUSE THEY ARRIVE IN BAD CONDITION. AND I NEED PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO BE WITH THEM, PAMPER THEM, CLEAN THINGS ABOUT THEM, REPLENISH THE FEEDERS... But above all the help is more for the garden and building basic things.

Busco personas que SEPAN DE OBRA, LUCES ,FONTANERIA, JARDIN, MADERA, HIERRO, ALGO DE TODO ESTO.
Alguien que sea apañado-a. Personas que sean lLIMPIAS Y ORDENADAS porque ya he teneido personas de WORKAWAY que al final tenia mas trabajo recogiendo sus cosas que iban dejando a su paso, que ayuda por su parte...
Así que en eso voy a ser bastante estricta. Necesito gente que le guste el orden y la limpieza y no tenga que estar recogiendo vasos y platos, sillas, ropa por toda la casa, recogiendo cada dia las mismas cosas....
Algo important que he ido experimentando es que cuando vienen personas a trabajar a casa, ademas de las labores que se necesiten hacer, tambien esta la CONVIVENCIA.
Eso significa que hay que colaborar en labores del hogar porque ustedes tambien usan las cosas, y las ensucian.
No todo se simplifica en la tarea que haya que hacer en el jardin o en la construction de algo
No hay trabajos duros aqui, y no soy exigente con las horas , unos dias haras más porque te apetece y otros menos.Es normal, pero no puede ser que no exista una logical de convivencia.
Comprendo que hay personas que no han tenido vidas independizadas y con workaway experimentan esto , por eso dejo claro estas cosas. Muchas gracias por tu comprension.
ES BASTANTE IMPORTANTE QUE TENGA INTERES O AL MENOS LE GUSTEN LOS ANIMALES YA QUE SIEMPRE HAY ACOGIDAS DE PERROS Y GATOS, NECESITAN MEDICACION Y CUIDADOS PRIMARIOS PORQUE LLEGAN EN MAL ESTADO. Y NECESITO PERSONAS QUE LES GUSTE ESTAR CON ELLOS, MIMARLOS, LIMPIAR COSAS DE ELLOS, REPONER COMEDEROS... Pero sobre todo la ayuda es mas para el jardin y contruir cosas basicas.

Hay que tener en cuenta que es una casa en medio de un bosque que no está habitado.
Hay que andar 5 km para Llegar al pueblo.
No todo el mundo esta dispuesto a tener que hacer esas cosas.
En casa se intenta hacer compras conscientes con el medio ambiente. En la medida de lo posible, hay veces que no se puede. Pero siempre está esa consciencia por delante.

la convivencia implica limpieza de los espacios.
NO ES UNA CASA CON COMUNIDAD, NO ES UNA CASA SOCIAL. ES UN LUGAR TRANQUILO CON CIERTAS VISITAS PERO SI BUSCAs UNA CASA PARA SOCIALIZAR ESTE NO ES EL LUGAR. ES UN LUGAR PARA DESCONECTAR, ESTAR CON ANIMALES, ESTAR TRANQUILx O PARA CENTRARSE EN ALGO QUE DEBAIS HACER.
Es importante que haya independencia. Ya que yo trabajo dias enteros y no vuelvo a casa a dormir.
